MISSION
• Our mission is to promote an environment in which BBC is able to provide Christian education and theological training to lay and pastors within the ACT-Diocese of Mara, Tanzania and Africa in large.

VISION
• To training pastors any laity to be community leaders.

COLLEGE OBJECTIVES
• To train almost 95% of our ministers within Mara Diocese and 70% of other Dioceses within the Anglican Church of Tanzania to the level of Certificate in Theology and Diploma in Theology by 2025, so that they can be well equipped with the skills of preaching and interpreting the Scripture and be able to apply it accordingly to their daily ministry and context for the growth of their churches and Parishes
