D.M.V.T.C was established and registered by VETA in the year 1990.

The college is located in Musoma Town.  Musoma is in North Eastern Tanzania on the shares of Lake Victoria and the Diocese of Mara stretches north to the border with Kenya, West into Serengeti and South to Mwanza Region. 

The centre buildings are being developed as a small complex of classrooms, as part of compound that includes a large meeting hall, hostel with cafe and sewing school.  It is Adjacent to the Cathedral of St. John’s Musoma and opposite to the C.C.M. HQ Mara Region.
